Entitled: “Wine is a terrible mocker”
You’ve pushed me out
No more space
Trapped without airbubbles
Sealed beyond reached
You’ve made room for them
But you’ve lost me now
I wont be coming back
If I ever wasn’t good enough
If this wasn’t your calibre
Or your taste of fine wine
The choosing was never yours
Im swirled around in motions
The rapids are far
too grande
For me to swim
through
Only to be swallowed
By the inexistence of your love
The one you never knew of
So take your pills slowly
Taste of your only bitterness
The one you hold fast to
Don’t blame it on an illness
Your hatred is worse than sin
This stops now!
I don’t know of this charade
I have no fake smiles for you
I have no time to waste
For all eternity your heart wont sing
Like it used to.
And this deceptive game
Is not mine to play
Your love has grown cold
And your God I don’t know
He never asked for this
So I charge you at last,
Love like what you believe.
